Refund policy
Anina Leviar has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email returns@aninaleviar.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for your return. Once the request is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues
As a new business, we strive to provide you with quality items, but of course, mistakes are possible. We ask that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us at returns@aninaleviar.com with your order number, a quick description, and a photo of the issue/defect, and we will happily get that taken care of.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom orders or personalized items. Please get in touch with us via custom@aninaleviar.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items from previous drops.

Refunds
You'll be sent an email once we’ve received and inspected your return item(s), after which you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
